This set of devotional verses are used as standard Triratna rituals around the world. Included within this volume are the Threefold Puja (composed by Sangharakshita) and the Sevenfold Puja (compiled by Sangharakshita, mainly from verses from the Bodhicaryāvatāra). There's also the five and ten precepts, including their positive formulations as composed by Sangharakshita in a characteristic emphasis on the positive movement towards Enlightenment, as opposed to the negative movement away from saṃsāra.
